Start in the shower with wet hair. Apply your shampoo or scalp treatment as normal — the brush works with any product you already use.
Massage in Circular Motions
Place the brush on your scalp and move in gentle circular motions, working from the front hairline back across the crown. Apply light to medium pressure — you control the sensation. Spend 3–5 minutes covering the full scalp.
Rinse and Repeat
