What can I return?
- —The Man Hair LED Helmet — eligible for return within 60 days of delivery.
- —The Man Hair Shampoos — not eligible for return.
- —The Man Hair Scalp Brush — not eligible for return.
- —For hygiene reasons, opened shampoos and used scalp brushes cannot be returned.
What is the condition for returns?
- —The Man Hair Helmet must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
- —Items must not be damaged by misuse, accident, or unauthorised modification.
- —Items returned without original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee.
Who pays for return shipping?
- —Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as The Man Hair cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit on return.
- —Please contact us for the return address before sending any items back.
When will I receive my refund?
- —Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 working days of receiving the returned item.
- —Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (card or Klarna).
- —Klarna refunds are applied to the instalment plan — any paid instalments will be refunded and remaining instalments cancelled.
- —Original shipping costs are non-refundable (however, all shipping was free, so there is nothing to deduct).
Faulty or incorrect items
- —If you receive a faulty product or an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@themanhaircompany.com with photos of the issue. In this case, return shipping will be covered by The Man Hair and a full replacement or refund will be issued at no cost to you.
