How long does delivery take?
UK orders: next day delivery; order before 2pm for same-day dispatch. Egypt orders: 7 to 10 working days from dispatch. Delivery times may vary during peak periods or public holidays.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders, both to the UK and to Egypt. No minimum order value required.
Which courier will deliver my order?
UK orders are dispatched with our UK courier partners for next day delivery. Egypt orders are dispatched with our regional courier partners. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently The Man Hair ships to the United Kingdom and Egypt. If you are based elsewhere and would like to place an order, please contact us at info@themanhaircompany.com and we will do our best to assist.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to amend or cancel it. Please contact us immediately at info@themanhaircompany.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled; however, you can return it under our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Is the Man Hair Helmet safe to use?
Yes. The Man Hair LED Helmet is FDA 510(k) cleared (clearance number K231321) for the treatment of androgenetic alopecia. The 650nm red light therapy is non-thermal and non-invasive — no heat, no pain, no reported side effects. It is safe for daily use on all skin types.
How often should I use the helmet?
3 to 4 sessions per week, every other day. 10 minutes per session; the built-in timer manages this automatically. Consistency is the most important factor. Most men notice reduced shedding within 4 to 8 weeks, with visible density improvement from months 3 to 4.
Will the helmet regrow completely bald areas?
No, and we will never claim otherwise. The Man Hair Helmet is designed to help men maintain and protect the hair they already have, not to regenerate hair in areas where follicles are completely inactive. It works best for men with early to mid-stage thinning (Norwood Scale I–IV).
Can the shampoo and scalp brush be used with the helmet?
Yes, and we recommend it. Using The Man Hair Scalp Brush before your helmet session helps remove follicle-blocking buildup, which allows the red light to reach the follicle more effectively. The shampoos are formulated to complement the full Man Hair protocol.
