The Man Hair LED Helmet is covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. We stand behind the quality of everything we make.
Covered by warranty
- Manufacturing defects in materials or components.
- LED failure or malfunction under normal use conditions.
- Battery defects (charging failure, abnormal battery drain).
- Structural faults that occur under normal use.
- Any component that stops functioning as intended within 12 months of purchase.
Not covered
- Damage caused by accidental drops, impacts, or misuse.
- Water damage beyond normal wet-scalp use.
- Cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents that do not affect function.
- Damage from unauthorised repair, modification, or non-approved accessories.
- Normal wear and tear over time.
- Products purchased from unauthorised third-party sellers.

How to make a warranty claim

Contact us by email
Send an email to info@themanhaircompany.com with the subject line 'Warranty Claim'. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a short video showing the problem.

Assessment
Our team will review your claim and respond within 3 working days. We may ask for additional information or request the item to be returned for inspection.

Resolution
If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement unit or a full refund at our discretion. Return shipping for warranty claims is covered by The Man Hair. We aim to resolve all warranty claims within 10 working days of receiving the returned item.
Warranty claims must be made within 12 months of the original purchase date. Proof of purchase is required. The warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.
Warranty registration (optional)
To help us process any future warranty claims quickly, we recommend registering your Man Hair product after purchase. Send your order number and the product serial number (found on the base of the helmet) to info@themanhaircompany.com with the subject line "Product Registration".
Registration is optional but recommended.
